    Happy Friday!!  Well the weekend is here again!!  What are your plans?  I must backup my phone at the Internet cafe.  I do not have anything else planned.

    Isn’t it great to have kicked the habit?  For many years I smoked thinking I should quit but never got around to it!!  EX helped me bring that dream about!!  How glorious it is!!  Namaste
