    Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here!!  What are your plans?  I am writing an essay for online Bible Institute.  I have been taking courses there.  The jogging is going good.

    Life is good!!  Life is fine without a cigarette!!  For many years I lived in a cloud of smoke.  Now we are free!!  Stay with it!!  Namaste
