I just recently joined the ex team and I'm taking it one day at a time. I think of myself as a short term smoker I havent reached the double digit years of smoking but it was a seven for me. I found out my main trigger was the military because of all the stressful situations I was in. Just reaching of for some support from anybody who can relate. Need pointers on how to stay off this legal drug.
