Never ever give up on yourself it takes whatever time it takes to get through those horrid rough patches BUT with commitment and perseverance you will succeed!!!

I was serial quitter until this quit because I'd had enough of the relapsing I wanted to free, I had so many people telling me that I'd be smoking again in a few days well they were wrong I did it   I quit smoking and today I'm over 6 years into my quit.

2,200 splendiferous Smokefree days and counting plus smiling.

Your post this morning brought back many many memories . I don't know if any of you had public speaking competitions in school particularly elementary school , but we did . 

I loved reciting poetry , not because of the competition but because found public speaking to be fun . 

This was one of the poems I chose to recite .
