Happy Sunday!! Have a good day of rest!! Yesterday I was walking around the city and someone gave me a Gideon New Testament. The one I was carrying was old and used. Now I have a replacement!! We have defeated the drug nicotine!! For many years it had us in its gripes. Now we are free!! Enjoy and rejoice in our freedom!! Namaste
Goooood Morning Mike. I've missed your post so many mornings now but have not forgotten your wisdom. I've purchased a recumbent and started pedaling four minutes at a time. Boy does my lower back have a strain. I might have to lay low today and pick back up tomorrow. A day of rest for sure. Namaste
