    Happy Monday!!  How are you doing?  Are you ready for a new week?  I am!!  I have some wash in the dryer.  I am up early.  
    It is great today I will not be smoking cigarettes!!  It is nice to go about life without nicotine!!  Life is good!!  Smokers sure do not know what they are missing!!  Stay strong!!  Namaste
