    Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here!!  What are your plans?  Do you have anything special planned?  I am enjoying the warm weather!!  Yoga and Tai  Chi are going well.  
    Good news!!  EX really works to get off the nicotine!!  I was a hopeless addict.  EX helped me do what I could not do for myself!!  Stay close!!  Namaste

Happy Friday...Mike...will be in all day with Storm Fay coming our way...and having had a root canal yesterday...I will be watching some shows and icing my face, one thing I won’t be doing is running outside in the storm to smoke....Have a great day...~ Colleen 585 DOF
