I wish you all a happy and smoke FREE Monday!  I couldn’t “do this” if I was anxiously watching the clock and waiting for the “next” time to go kill myself slowly, with a lousy butt!  Let’s all keep our beautiful quits, ok?  And if you get a craving, rejoice!  Tell the Nico-Demon to go away!  Your body is healing!  There is hope and not depression any more!

P.S.  There is light at the end of the tunnel!  Just do NOT buy, beg or borrow another cigarette!  If I can do it after over 50 years of smoking, you can too!  Rosemary
