Welcome to the Brookside cemetery. Nicely landscaped. Lots of trees and flowers. A peaceful place also for the living~
I was happy to find these images of the cemetary and its pond online since I forgot the camera yesterday. What you can't see is the winding road and the lush tree growth. Or the geese! But you can get a general idea Youngatheart.7.4.12
And nobody talking to bother you, either!!!
Just love your humor, Nancy
Was prettier yesteday in the sun and with all the geese moving about. Have always loved going there, A bit later in the season I will drive down to the bottom section of the lake where there's a beautiful white walking bridge.
Cool thanks SuzyQ
It's a beautiful cemetery. The online pics I shared don't do it justice tho~
Ah ... interesting...nice place to walk...no one to talk back to you through the cemetery....lol...Happy Sunday SuzyQ411
I actually like cemeteries! I walk among the headstones, read their dates of life, and--if it's a family plot --imagine how it all fits together. But, you are right Coleen sweetplt, there's no one there to talk to...
I lived in that town my whole life until moving to Florida 2 years ago ,that cemetery is beautiful I’ve been there often .It sure is a small world .I still have lots of family there and visit often .
