    Happy Wednesday!!  It’s hump day again!!  I hope everyone is having a good week.  Tonight I will go to Bible study on Zoom.  Stay safe.

    We have defeated the nicotine demon!!  It was difficult but we did it with the help of EX.  I am so glad I am free!!  A quit is a precious thing!!  Love your freedom!!  Namaste

Happy Wednesday Mike life really does get easier and easier with time under our belts and it definitely gets better and better without the crutch of cigarettes.....
