It's working for image upload. it was an issue with Google Chrome. Please ensure you update to version Version 83.0.4103.97 or newer.

No ... I just uploaded a google image to celebrations and it worked for me...

Inserting an image from Google and uploading an image from your computer to the site are two different things.  Perhaps there is something wrong with the upload/hosting function on the site.
