How do o post a comment

I’m not sure how to work this site for conversation so if I’m not doing it right I apologize. How do I post a blog or comment? And what is moderating?

I took a picture of your post...you blogged a question...if you look in the right hand corner of this screen there is a “writing pencil picture” click on it ... it gives you many options...to communicate...start a discussion, write a blog, write a private message, question, etc., Let me know if you are not seeing it...

Answer to your moderating question...? There is a moderator on to make sure the rules of the site are followed.
