Is there a tag/group for info on new platform

I have not be very active.  It appears that there will be changes made. I need to catch up on the prospective platform changes.  Is there a group that I can read blogs, posts, etc to become abreast of what is going to happen with the  ? mitigation?

Thanks, I got those that is why I am asking the question.  Thanks for your response but is there something that came before that to explain what we are moving to?  I have looked under Mark's Blog‌s and could not locate anything.
