Good morning

Hi,

    Happy Wednesday!!  It’s the middle of the week.  How are you doing?  I think our county is going to try to go to yellow this Friday.  I hope it goes okay.

    Well it sure is nice to be off the nicotine!!  For over forty years I was going up and down.  Now I have leveled off!!  It’s wonderful!!  Namaste

Dern mikecity.  What does to go 'yellow' mean??

I am doing well now that  I am free from smoking cigarettes thank you for asking and I know you are as well.  My dutifulness to exercise is grand.  My intake of food is profound and I must round that out soon or else I may cause all kinds of problems like diabetes heart problems and the like.  Perhaps I'll find some literature.  Education is key.  Namaste

Hi,

    Glad you are doing well.  Going yellow means so nonessential businesses can now reopen.  It means some other things to, like you can gather in small groups.
