    Happy Tuesday!!  How’s it going?  Are you staying safe?  Yesterday I bought a comb.  My hair is growing out.

    Isn’t it great that no matter what life throws at us we do not have to smoke!!  I use to smoke over everything!! Now I enjoy my quit!!  Namaste

Hi Mike.  I'm going to call the Dr. today and talk about my chronic pain syndrome.  Hurting all the time isn't necessary and maybe my meds need to be adjusted.  I'm hopeful.  I thot it was the increased exercise at first but now I'm not so sure.  Good thing smoking is not required.  Namaste
