Hi,

    Happy Saturday!!  The weekend is here!!  I hope everyone has a good one.  I woke up and stayed up.  Today I thought I would make some brownies.  
    It doesn’t matter what we do we don’t have to smoke over anything!!  That’s a relief to me.  I was really hooked.  I still smoked with a terrible cough.  EX came through for us!!  Love it!!  Namaste

Good Morning mikecity‌  I agree that being in the NOPE condition is the ultimate Freedom for us!  I don’t rush to get out of bed so I can have my first nicotine “fix”.  How wonderful!  Have a great smoke free Saturday, and let’s all keep our beautiful quits!  Rosemary
