    Happy Wednesday!!  It’s the middle of the week.  I hope everyone is having a good one.  The urologist appointment went well.  I must go back in a year.  Tonight we have Bible study on zoom.

    Isn’t it good to be free of the nicotine monster?  He had me over forty years.  The using life is a terrible life.  While I smoked I didn’t have any peace.  Love your freedom!!  Namaste

Great way to start a smoke free day and thank you!  Yes, I totally agree that my days of smoking were truly terrible!  How can anyone be optimistic when we are sucking poisonous smoke which most probably was killing us slowly?
