There's a buffet as well if you're hungry please pull up a chair and join me in decompressing for a little while, deep breaths and know that we'll get through whatever this day throws at us and we'll get through it Smokefree because we know that relapsing just isn't an option especially since we don't do that anymore.....

I'm thinking maybe I've had one too many coffee!  Oops on the RedBull!

I missed the coffee gathering ... hope all had fun... I am on the BRAT diet prescribed by my GI Doctor.  It is a boring one and no coffee allowed...Banana, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast...Happy Tuesday....Colleen 491 DOF
