Hello, I decided to quit cold turkey last week with all the other health issues that are currently going around. Working from home and being limited in the house has helped minimize exposure to my triggers. I also figured that now is a good time seeing that the financial budget has been tightened. My quit date was 3/24/2020. I have been good since then. I made it past the 1 week mark!! #QuarantineQuit
