    Happy Monday!!  Well here comes a new week!!  Yesterday I went to church online.  They are broadcasting on zoom.  
    Well with all this going on, at least we don’t have to smoke!!  If I hadn’t stopped smoking I probably would be chain smoking now.  I am glad I quit!!  Stay strong!!  Namaste

Good morning!  Oh yes how we would be smoking like crazy if we still did...thank god we don't!  I thought man I picked a bad time to quit.  Boredom and stress were always my triggers and man I have both tremendously.  BUT then I thought NO it's good I quit especially at this time!  Hang in there!
