it is written - do NOT be deceived - I sucked on DEATH STICKS 38 YEARS - deceiving MYSELF - and NICOTINE evil consequences - I really believed the NICOTINE lies I told MYSELF - I use to believe that cancer HAPPENS to other's - NOT ME - so I continued SUCKING on DEATH STICKS - until the elders here SUGGESTED - I watch Bryon's video's at whyquit.com - Bryon's EARLY death video brought ME - out of MY DENIAL - please I am talking about ME not anyone else - so please take what HELPS and let go of the rest - to be HELPFUL is MY only aim - thank you - I didn't even know at that time - I was lieing to MYSELF until I was ADDICTED to NICOTINE - when I tried to STOP smoking on MY OWN - I couldn't - I cried out to God and He blessed ME with this SUPPORT group and YOU Gai to teach ME - this DAY ONLY by God's grace - I will - NeverTakeAnotherPuffEever over ME - and together - with YOU Gai and ALL the PEOPLE here -who I need each DAY - WE - N.O.P.E - NotOnePuffEver - no matter what
