WELCOME MY FRIEND:

THIS IS A GREAT JOURNEY WE ARE ON AND THIS IS A GREAT START. I HAVE ONLY BEEN A PART OF THIS COMMUNITY A SHORT WHILE MYSELF BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT TALKING TO THE PEOPLE IN THE DIFFERENT GROUPS AND THE DIFFERENT MEMBERS WHENEVER I EXPERIENCE ONE OF MY CRAVINGS OR DURING ONE OF MY MANY TRIGGERS HAS HELPED ALOT. BUT IF YOU CAN'T GET TO YOUR COMPUTER, TRY DOING YOUR EIGHT TIMES TABLES, OR RE-ARRANGE A CLOSET, OR WASH YOUR CAR, OR CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO WAIT AT LEAST 15 MINIUTES. TRY ANYTHING THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MIND OFF OF YOUR PHYSICAL DESIRE. USUALLY CRAVINGS DON'T LAST LONGER THAN 15 AND IF YOU MAKE IT THOSE 15, NEXT TIME GO FOR 20.

FOR ME IT REALLY HAS TO BE MINUTE BY MINUTE. SOME TIMES I MAKE IT AND SOMETIMES I SLIP..BUT BEING ON THIS SITE NOW MEANS I DON'T FALL.

I AM NOT GOING TO WISH YOU "GOOD lUCK" CAUSE I KNOW WE ARE GOING TO MAKE IT. HOLLA IF YOU NEED ME
