Just letting y'all know I am still doing good. Not  smoking but still not feeling great. Spent 5 hours in the ER. Saturday. They did a cat Scan on my head and yes they did find a brain. Lol seriously they said I have a blocked tube in my right ear which is causing the pain. Time will open it up. It is a bit better today and I have not had to take any Alieve or anything.

Give it time.  Take good care of yourself.  Good nutrition, good sleep and some exercise. Glad your ear is feeling better.  Great job quitting smoking.
