    Happy Thursday!!  I slept in this morning.  AA and church were a good time yesterday.  I will probably go to Rite Aid today.  What are you doing?

    It’s so nice when I am exercising not to smell smoke!!  Neither do my clothes smell of cigarettes!!  For over forty years I smelled like a cigarette.  Enjoy your new life.  Namaste

Happy Thursday Mike life really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT first we must go through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in our quit where we realize just  how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes YAY for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON.....
