If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.

Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

*** Stats are approximate based on people who have been active on EX Community in last 549 days, have indicated a quit date and have indicated cigs/day that they smoked on average when they were a smoker. People who didn't specifically indicate how many they smoked on average were assumed to have smoked 20/cigs a day.

Thanks Colleen for the support! But I'm actually 49 days smoke-free. I thought I'd gotten that up to date; Did what Mark said to do to fix it but apparently it didn't "take" However, tomorrow WILL be 50 days hooray! So~

49 DOF

735 cigarettes not smoked

Odd.  2/25/20-1/6/2020 calculates to 50 days for me.

Calculate Duration Between Two Dates – Results  and also in this calculator.

I can't believe it's been 5 years!!!! I rarely check in or post because I don't even remember my old life as a nicotine addict- thanks to this group. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for so many people that I never met. I am a better Mom and person thanks to the support of the wonderful people here.
you can do it too!!! My personal 'mantra' is In don't do that anymore'. I still laugh at myself that something so simple as a mantra can have such an impact. Try it. You never know what ridiculous, seemingly impossible action might be the action that propels you to your new life as an Ex.

Heres to next five years of clean air and deep breaths.
