Work blew up yesterday.  It seems almost literally from the amount of paper that appeared suddenly on my desk.

I am out the door to a vendor visit and probably won't return until tomorrow.

Late already but didn't want you to think I had abandoned ship.

Reminds me of my frazzled days before retirement and my heart goes out to you. One day, on a weekend perhaps, when you have time to settle for a spell, perhaps you can look over this article and see if any of it applies to you, can be helpful to you, is worthy to consider. In the meantime, congrats on doing the big wonderful thing of becoming a non-smoker.
