Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!  Soon it will be time for church.  Today I light the candles and usher.  Yesterday I went to market and sat at the square.  
    Isn’t it great we no longer need a smoke as we go about our lives.  I use to always have a cigarette on my mind no matter what I was doing.  Now we are free.  Enjoy!!  Namaste
