    Happy Thursday!!  How’s it going?  Today I am going to the bank.  Yesterday the AA meeting was good.

     Isn’t it great to be off the cigarettes?  It took a while but it sure is nice.  Enjoy.  Namaste

Happy Thursday Mike    life really does get easier and easier with time under your belt and it definitely gets better and better without the crutch of cigarettes BUT it does take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free.....
