I've been doing alot of thinking about smoking and stress of quitting ,people talk about stress while quitting right!,, think about this for one min ,your stress a allways be thire even when you dont smoke or do smoke it's just the way we have to handle stress that counts dont you think so or am I wrong ,,,I've tryed quitting back in Oct, 2019 did good for 3 weeks though,,wish I never took that puff though thire right when they say never take another puff what so ever !!!!!!,,then when I shouldn't of waited so long to jump back to square one again ,,going be a rough 3 days again errrrrr,,,,
Yes Redhead101 stress is there always whether we smoke or not...we need t o have good tools to handle and deal with stress, just like many a non smoker....I am so glad you are back in the journey again...remember these early days, so that you won’t want to go back to them...You can do this...Happy Sunday ~ Colleen 398 DOF
