Happy Wednesday!! It’s hump day already!! Are you having a good week? It’s three weeks until Christmas!! I wrapped two presents yesterday. I still have a few to go. Are you in the spirit yet?
I haven’t been having any urges or cravings. The holidays can bring on some pressure. I spent a lot of holidays smoking before I quit. Celebrations go much better without cigarettes!! Namaste
