since I quit my gum chewing is increased,and I noticed I'm swallowing a lot of gum. Can that cause problems?
Are you talking about gum containing nicotine or regular chewing/bubble gum?

I would consult with your health care professional. I don't know how well gum breaks down in the digestive system.
