If I've gotten your quit date wrong, be sure to update it and then go through the steps to sync it to the community.
Please check your Community Profile to see if you've indicated how many cigarettes on average you smoked per day. Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.
Thanks Mark... Yes.. celebration of six years quit ....!
At the same time, remind us those initial difficult days while quitting. At that time, Ex Smokers community was guiding, helping, allowing to speak on net, and holding the hands of quitters. The good smoke free periods now I see, enjoy, live enthusiastically ..are due to this site.
New joiners..we are with you ! Quit, Quit, Quit... all the best.
Thanks once again.
Best Regards
Congratulations to all!

Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your smoke-free holiday without the addiction!
Ty Barb. I reset my quit date for April 30. We will see. October 2018 I started again. I'll update our situation as time allows. My hubby alive! Mom and dad alive! PTL! Gotta go.
I saw you're other post about starting again. Just never give up.
