Not real sure how all this works. But I did want to check in and say that all is well with not smoking. Now I just have to really start working on getting my weight back down. I would like to know what all I need to do to qualify for work discount and also what a healthy snack is so you don't gain weight. Thanks for your help
Welcome to Ex. I didn't worry about my weight until 7 months or so after I quit. Then I cut back and exercised a little more. Eating everything healthy is the best way to eat because then we really get filled up. But, if you like pickles, they contain zero calories. Congrats on your quit.
