Question

Does anyone do this as Insurance requirement?  If yes, How do you show your employer that you completed the required steps to be compliant?

We paid extra to the insurance until I quit...this year and every year I take a blood test...this year, of course I showed I was nicotine free...we will save $50 a month whoo hoo...ask your Human Resources what is required ?

This site does not provide documentation.  They have no way to verify you have done the work.  You might ask your employer what they require, and who might do so.  You can use Ex for further education and support.  Glad to help!

Generally, the insurance company will send someone to you to test your blood.
