O M G - none of this affected me before I quit, so strong was my addiction, but this literally made me nauseous!

We were blinded by it, this is just our lungs. Our teeth, some of those photo's are graphic. It doesn't stop there, but i will as dinner time in an hr

We used to smoke through a tissue to see the residue of one drag, but this has such an impact. Wow.  It sure messed us up.  Stay quit.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, if when the showed us the actual lungs of smoker didn't motivate us to quit, I doubt this would!
