Happy Thursday!! How’s it going? I’m doing okay. I got the new iPhone 11!! It’s my Christmas present for me.
Quitting is difficult but doable!! Sometimes when I first quit all I could do was to keep deep breathing!! With the help of EX I got through it!! With time the cravings got less and less. I am so glad I stuck with it!! You will be too!! Namaste
