    Happy Sunday!!  Thank you for the congratulations on 3000 days.  I couldn’t of done it without EX.  Soon it will be time for church.  
    Isn’t the freedom of not smoking something?  I never realized what I was missing until I got time in!!  How glorious quit smoking is!!  Stick with it!!  You will love it!!  Namaste
