    Happy Monday!!  It’s the beginning of a new week!!  Have a good one.  The combined service at church was fine.  
     Isn’t this nice?  We have somewhere to come to learn about quitting smoking, help quitting smoking, and to share quit smoking!!  When it comes to quitting smoking, I was a real basket case!!  I was a mess!!  Now thanks to EX, I am somewhat in my right mind!!  Stay with it!!  It’s worth it!!  Namaste
