    Happy Sunday!!  Here is our day of rest again.  We are having another combined service again at church.  Yesterday I sat at the square a while.  There was a drum band playing there.

     It’s great to be rid of smoking!!  Now it seems like getting free of extra baggage!!  As your mind and body adjust, you realize you were addicted.  Namaste

Happy Sunday Mike it's Thanksgiving here in Canada and there's so much to be thankful for after our Church Service we'll be having a potluck Thanksgiving dinner at my Mother in law's place with roughly 20 or so of us, family is everything along with living a Smokefree Life.....
