Give and get support around quitting

Quit smoking and reduce the risk of breathing problems, heart disease and many forms of cancer.

When you feel the urge to smoke, go for a run, do some sit ups etc. You'll start to associate quitting the habit with being fit

Yep - exercise - even marching in place, a few jumping jacks or a set of stairs will get your heart pumping and give you the same dopamine fix as smoking a cigarette!

I remember the first time I was able to use a stationary bike after I quit smoking, I had been very sick and I could not do anything for several days.  After that first time on the bike, for just a short period of time, I felt like a different person.  I felt my mood lift and I felt positive about my quit.  It really has been the best thing I ever did for myself, I just wish I had done it a lot sooner.
