Give and get support around quitting

No More Urges

They are now a memory.  I thought I was getting urges after my dad passed but I now realize I created the urges myself looking for a way to cope with my loss.  Now, I know that wasn't the case.  Since my original quit date was my dads birthday, I call for strength and to honor my dad will stay true to my quit.  Every July 15th is a celebration of my quit and a continual honor to my dad.

Good to hear from you Ralph and happy that you maintained your quit through a very difficult time.  What a wonderful way to honor your father, but more importantly to honor yourself.
