Give and get support around quitting

How do I help my young adult daughter stop vaping JUUL?!

My 24 year old daughter started vaping 5% nicotine casually several years ago, but over the past year has become totally addicted to the JUUL.  She keeps it in her mouth constantly puffing here and there, but started it to help her anxiety habit of biting and over clipping her nails which caused permanent disfigurement to her thumb nails. She says she needs something in her mouth.  She seems to have some interest in quitting especially given all the recent news with JUUL but the nicotine is obviously extremely hard to stop. How can I help when she doesn't want unsolicited advice?!

Its a tuff one for sure. Perhaps you could give her the information to find this site? Maybe buy a nice card that expresses your love to her nd in it write down this web address and ask her if she may just check it out sometime.

We will lovingly help lead her to freedom.

Here's another site for young people.   BecomeAnEx and This is Quitting are both a part of the Truth Initiative
