Give and get support around quitting
As I lay me down to sleep, I know I’ll wake to 3 whole weeks. Every day I feel better and more certain that I’ll never go back. I’m confident and happy. I’ve tackled every trigger without budging. The best part is it required no effort. All I did was quit.
A HAPPY QUITTER!
I love to see a Happy Quitter!
Keep going! Stay positive!
I think when you make the decision to quit and know it’s your decision, it makes for a happy time. If that makes sense. Kind of like leaving a bad relationship. The further you get from it, the better you feel. These are good times!
A lot of this does depend on your mindset. If you think about it as what you are GAINING instead of what you PERCEIVE to be losing, the battle is over 3/4 won! Seems like you have already figured that out; it takes others a lot longer.
Happy FOR you!
