Give and get support around quitting
It’s been 30 days today smoke-free and 37 days of Chantix. There have been good days and lots of bad days, but I have made it this far! I have learned what anxiety feels like without cigarettes and have succeeded without them. Now to learn more coping skills and then I think I will be ready to stop the Chantix. Every day is a day to learn and reflect

Stay Strong.
Absolutely! "Every day is a day to learn and reflect" And that reflection strengthens our commitment and resolve and give us yet another day. Nice work! Keep it up.
Big congrats on 30 days smoke free.
