    Happy Sunday!!  I seem to have lost another post.  I will try to remember how it went.  In a few hours it will be time for church.  I usher today.

    Are you having any urges or cravings?  I don’t anymore.  Occasionally I think I smell smoke.  I do not enjoy it.  I just think someone is suffocating themselves.  Namaste

Good morning Mike.  Happy Sunday.  I am going to church also.  I will be singing in the choir.  I love it.  I do not like the smell of smoke either.  Truth be told, I never did.
