Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!  The day of rest is here again!!  Soon it will be time for church.  I usher today.  

    So how are the urges and cravings going?  They have pretty much faded away for me!!  Occasionally I think I smell smoke.  It doesn’t appeal to me.  Sometimes when I smell it I think someone is suffocating themselves.  Enjoy your quit!!  Namaste
