    Happy Saturday!!  The weekend is here!!  What is everyone doing?  In a few hours I will make a cheesecake.  

    Isn’t it nice to be free of nicotine?  For over forty years I tried to balance myself on tobacco.  Now I am straight!!  It’s much better not going up and down!!  I love the normal life!!  Namaste

Happy Saturday Mike...took a long walk early this morning to the beach ... then home...today I have some chores to get done and off to the pool...yup like is really nice without the smokes ~ Colleen 278 DOF

Good morning Mike.  You are right. I was so up and down when I smoked.  Now I am much more even keeled.  What a blessing.  Quitting smoking is all in all pretty wonderful.  Hope your cheesecake turns out well.  Enjoy your day.
