Oh wow!!...8days and counting!! Have really been enjoying being smoke-free...I think about smoking but haven't desired to smoke....still one moment at a time...Chantix is helping more than I imagined...changed my daily lifestyle and even WENT OUT last night!!.

hadn't done that in 3 YEARS !!..still one day at a time...rest well all and God's continued grace, mercy and PEACE!
