    Happy Thursday!!  How’s it going?  The week is over half gone.  At AA I read the promises.  It was a good meeting.  

    Isn’t it great to be healing from nicotine addiction?  I feel much better now that I quit smoking.  It took a while but I am glad I stuck with it!!  Enjoy!!  Namaste
