Smoke Free

Have quit now 17 days.........used to smoke for 41 years!   No patch, no nicotine alternative......just plenty of peppermint candy!

Welcome and congrats! I smoked for 40 years and I quit 9 years ago....thanks to the support here! It is wonderful so be sure to stay close! You can do this!
